Run 3 miles

Friday
Treadmill incline speed walk 30 min
Squats/lat raise
Pull ups
Core

Saturday
Run 5 miles
Core

Sunday
Rest

So it was starting to get easier to wake up early and do my morning workouts because it was getting lighter in the mornings and getting a bit warmer. Then we had daylight savings...and it got harder all over again. Does anyone else hate daylight savings for this reason?!
