Saturday morning was crazy last week and Nic and I never got in our 6 mile run so I am planning on doing that first thing Monday morning so I don't miss it. Then I will continue the regularly scheduled half marathon training on Tuesday. I plan on mostly working my arms this week so that I can keep my legs rested for the longer runs. More stretching and yoga really helped me feel better last week so I plan on keeping that up. This is week 4 of half marathon training...enjoy!
