Weekly Workout: April 29 - May 5

This is week 5 of half marathon training. I am finally feeling awesome on my runs. I feel like I want to run more! That is always a good sign. I'm getting excited for the race and I've been able to keep my pace between 8-8:30/mile. Here is this weeks workout...enjoy!

Monday
Run 3 miles
3x10:
pull ups/glute kick back
bicep curls
hip abduction/hip adduction
tricp pull downs/jumping lunges
front, side lat raise/throwdown squats
core

Tuesday
Yoga

Wednesday
Run 5 miles
Zumba

Thursday
Run 3 miles
3x10:
Squats/push-ups
Seated row/lunge walks
Dead lift/tricep push ups
Leg extensions/overhead press
Core

Friday
Rest

Saturday
Run 10 miles

Sunday
Rest
